How to Request a Sample:

1.      Add Product to Cart: Browse our products and select the item you're interested in. Add it to your cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button.

2.      Proceed to Checkout: Once you've added the product to your cart, proceed to the checkout page by clicking on the shopping cart icon and selecting "Checkout."

3.      Specify Sample Request: During the checkout process, you'll find an "Order notes" section. Please mention that you are requesting a sample in this section. Provide details such as the product color, size, and quantity.

4.      Select Shipping Method: Before completing the checkout, ensure that you select "Standard" as the shipping method for sample postage. This will ensure that you are charged only for the postage of the sample.

5.      Complete Checkout: Follow the prompts to complete the checkout process and submit your order. Once submitted, your sample request will be processed accordingly.

Note: While samples are free of charge, you will be required to cover the cost of postage.

Delivery Notice:

Please be aware that the default courier for shipments is Sendle or Australia Parcel Post. If you require express delivery, kindly select the "Express" option during the Checkout process to prioritize the processing of your order accordingly.
